In 5-10 years, 6 five million ton grade and 6 ten million ton key coking Industrial Park have been built.

The layout of Shanxi coking industry layout initially considers the layout of 12 key coking parks (including the gathering area), and the capacity of each park reaches 5 million tons or more, of which 6 parks reach 10 million tons or more. The key distribution is: 3 cities in Lvliang, 3 in Changzhi, 3 in Linfen, 2 in Jinzhong, and 1 in Yuncheng. Among them, the coking capacity in Changzhi suburbs and Linfen Yaodu area is transferred to key parks.
"Opinions" requirements, the new conventional coke oven carbonization chamber height greater than 6 meters, more than 1 million tons of coke production scale, no new heat recovery coke oven. There are 12 enterprises in the iron and steel cooperated coking enterprises in the province. Enterprises should increase investment in technological innovation and upgrading, ensuring that the level of technology, equipment, environmental protection, management and operation has reached the advanced level in China.
The "opinions" proposed by the Shanxi Provincial Commission by letter of relying on the leading enterprises to carry out joint reorganization, promote the implementation of the program of the construction of the park; Shanxi Provincial Department of commerce is responsible for promoting the establishment of a coking Park mainly to focus on economic development zone; relevant departments to formulate relevant policies to encourage and strengthen the restriction according to the law, and actively promote the construction of the park.
